be Punk'd or Served?
Here's the way I see it. If you get Punk'd, it's a very malicious act where you are fully victimized. To make it worse, there oftentimes is a stupid dork running out of a van in a trucker hat talking in ebonics, or something. Insult to injury.
On the other hand, if you get served, you've been beaten. There's no doubt about it. Oftentimes, you are beaten badly. But that's OK in my book. You competed. You took a shot. You gave it your best. That's more than the other people sitting on the sideline can say. If someone dances really well in front of me, well sure I got served. If someone watching reminds me that I got served, I'd simply say, "Yeah, duh. I got served. It happens. But at least I gave it all I had to give." There's no shame in that. It only makes you work harder at your own dance moves. Next time around, maybe you end up doing the serving.

However, having been punk'd you're presented with a unique opportunity. When confronted with aforementioned trucker-hat wearing douche bag, you may proceed to beat what can only be described as the "living bejesus" out of him. Leaving him....you guessed it, served.
Also, nice work adding pictures. Especially for the Paul Walker post, his hotness just wasn't conveyed with text alone.
I'd rather be served.
To have danced... ah, to have danced is to have lived. To have danced and been served—defeat will never taste as sweet.
